Shipping in New Zealand:

  • NZ POST PARCELPOST TRACKED: 1-3 WORKING DAYS

Flat Rate: $3NZD per order + $2NZD per item

  • NZ POST PARCELPOST, TRACKED W/ RURAL DELIVERY 1-3 WORKING DAYS

Flat rate: $6NZD per order + $2NZD per item

  • NZ POST COURIER: NEXT WORKING DAY W/ TRACKING

Flat rate: $6NZD per order + $2NZD per item

Shipping to Australia:

  • INTERNATIONAL AIR: 3-10 WORKING DAYS

Flat rate: $8NZD per order + $4NZD per item

  • INTERNATIONAL COURIER: 2-6 WORKING DAYS W/ TRACKING

Flat rate: $27NZD per order + $4NZD per item

Shipping to rest of the world:

  • INTERNATIONAL AIR: 3-10 WORKING DAYS

Flat rate: $15NZD per order + $4NZD per item

  • INTERNATIONAL COURIER: 2-6 WORKING DAYS W/ TRACKING

Flat rate: $50NZD per order + $4NZD per item

 

When will my order be dispatched?

Depending on the day, some orders are sent out within 2-7 working days. Sometimes your order will be dispatched on the same day and other times it may take longer. I go to the post office every Thursday to deliver so if you are to place an order on Friday, I will ship it off the following Thursday.

Once we have posted it, you will receive an email regarding the package being dispatched. (with a tracking number if you have requested one)

Please also allow up to 7 working days after ordering as each item is made to order and some days I am unable to make them.

My ears are sensitive and I can only wear some metals.

I use allergy free metal on all the hook earrings! They are hypo-allergenic silver plated surgical steel shepherd hook earrings and sterling silver plated over steel.
However, the stud earrings are not hypo-allergenic. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

International mail will take between 10-30 days, if you want to know exactly when your parcel will arrive, please select the Tracking Postage option.

Please keep in mind that each set of earrings are made to order so it may take up to 7 days before your order is finished and sent off.

It's been a few days and my order still hasn't arrived?

Please be patient with the delivery. If you are waiting for your item overseas, it may take a little longer to arrive to you since I am sending it off from little old New Zealand. If it has been a week or so and you are truly concerned, feel free to contact me at kyamasaki98@gmail.com.

Unfortunately, sometimes things do get lost in transit. There isn't a lot that I can do once this happens. I do everything in which I can to ensure that the order will reach you. All of my orders are sent out via NZ Post. I am unable to issue a refund or replacement for lost orders as it is no longer my fault as I have passed it onto the post office. You can follow this link for missing packages via the NZ post site.

If it has be 2+ months and your order still hasn't arrived I am more than glad to give you a discount code to re-order a product. Once I have handed it to the post, it is no longer in my hands. I will do as much as I can to try find it and to get it back to me but the best way to ensure that your order will reach you is by selecting a tracking option while making a purchase. This way, you can see where the order is as it makes its way to you. 

If the tracking says that it has reached it's destination but you have not received it or it has come up as being unable to post it to you, I will be unable to give you a full refund.

Please always ensure that you supply an accurate address for delivery. I am not at fault if your order gets lost because you gave an incorrect address at checkout and you will be charged again for delivery if your order is returned as an "incorrect address".
